You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

04. Subscription & Billing

NehemSys offers subscription-based plans. Paid subscriptions are billed according to the pricing plan selected at the time of purchase. Free trials, when offered, automatically expire unless upgraded. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

05. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use NehemSys for unlawful activities, to transmit malicious code, or to interfere with the operation of the platform.

06. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you create or upload within NehemSys. By using the platform, you grant NehemSys a limited license to store, process, and transmit your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.

07. Service Availability

While we strive for continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or unexpected outages may occur.

NehemSys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

NehemSys is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
